Not happy
Hunter did well but sears cancelled two appointments after an initial appt. misdiagnosed the problem and installed wrong parts. We were without dryer for five weeks. Very unhappy about that.

Washer Repair
Dennis is a skilled/knowledgeable technician. However, I do not believe your company has enough techs to timely respond for repairs. This repair took over 4 months to complete. Way too long!

Dennis tech outstanding
Dennis has been working on our refrigerator since June, ordering parts trying to repair our LG Fridge, he has done everything possible to get it to hold a cold temp. But nothing has worked. Dennis is a great repair technician, working diligently with great knowledge and service. Thank you Dennis for all your efforts. Now, let's see what Home warranties of America will do to since they haven't yet wanted to replace our refrigerator.
