It took a couple visits to diagnose the problem with my dishwasher, but repairmen (Michael and Joseph) were kind and professional. Joseph ultimately replaced a board and the problem was solved quickly.

I waited all day from 8:00am until 4:45 without one phone call from anyone to let me know what time I could expect him. The web site stated that I was the next appointment but the map showed him going to different address all around me. It was very misleading. Very frustrating.
