Michael is great Sears service could not be worse
Michael is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Sears service and Choice Warranty are terrible. My refrigerator started leaking and the technician first arrived to diagnosis on 15 May. Today, 21 June, after multiple phone calls and online communications, my refrigerator appears to be working.l

Refrigerator ice maker repair
Michael was knowledgeable, skilled, professional and courteous. He evaluated the issue and diagnosed quickly, got the job done, then cleaned my refrigerator. It's a pretty old Kenmore but he told us it will still last longer and be more reliable than new models. However, I have nothing good to say about Sears warranty repair service. Michael diagnosed the problem on 15 May 2024. The parts finally arrived and Michael was able to repair on 12 June.
