need better communication with your customers
service was great. sears needs to up their technology game though. we were scheduled for sat and the truck broke down. we were rescheduled for monday and your system kept pushing back the arrival time all the way until 9:40 pm and no one ever showed up, we never got a call, nothing. then we were rescheduled for today but the service tech could not process my check due to your systems.
