Helpful and a good job
He was very friendly and helpful and the washing machine is fine. He said That Ididnot need to put on the rubber thing as it was not leaking it was working fine and hold the one I-have. I did remember later, that I could. Use new little pieces to put the soap, softener and other thing which I am not using as the last little one is missing. I am the one that forgot all about that. He also gave me some good advise on how much clothing to put in so they it will work and clean better. Good advise. He was very calm about my parrots. Actually my male does not get enough attention and he jumped on me making more gibberish than he ever does. I can lock them up, but it did not seem to bother him. I am glad that Sears still exists. I did not know it.
