Rude and Abrasive
Technician called and seemed put out that he has to come to my house due to the distance. When arrived, he was abrasive and not very friendly. Didn't tell me what was wrong with my AC nor did he come back inside to make sure my AC was working properly. I had to ask him if he found the issue.

Waste of time
Didn't have a ladder tall enough for a standard two story house....not a new house with say 10-foot ceilings...just your normal two story house...nothing unique or different than every other two-story house in the World.

Texh left an hour ago. Washer is still not working.
Tech left an hour ago. He did replace the part in the washing machine, but as far as I know, he never checked to see if the washing machine was working properly. Just tried to wash a load of clothes and the washing machine is still not spinning all the water out. I have been waiting over two weeks to get someone to come out here and I just called and told them to please have him come back today because he's out in this area. If he can't come back today I will call American Home Shield and we'll have to get someone else to come out because I can't play around like this for weeks at a time.

Did not show up
'tech' did not show up and closed the case when he did not even knock on our door, and now we have to start this process all over again, and Sears is no help. He was supposed to be our first tech out when we began with Sears, and when someone didn't open the door in 1 minute, he left immediately.

Dishwasher repair
When he left the dishwasher still did not function. He used the new parts provided. He never checked to see that the dishwasher worked.

Washer repair
Washer was looked at on the 31st service man came out did not here any thing sears man called 9/18/2013 and asked about parts and I will have to pay for parts and labor per contract and second aero guy they we're ordering parts had to go buy a new washer and dryer this service was very bad now I have a new washer and the one that need to be fixed pay me for the on I brought
