Refrigerator repair
The work was excellent. But the technician left all of the boxes behind for me to dispose of.

Dryer repair - lint screen and casing
It appears the repair was done correctly. I won't know for sure until after I use the dryer. The reason why I'm giving this service call three stars is the technician did not clean up after himself. There was dust all over the top of the dryer where he had placed the old parts on top of the dryer and dust all over the floor. I had to clean up behind him.

Main office did not do their job.
Dontee did his job, however the office issued only one work order when we discussed I have 2 units and they acknowledged I paid extra for 2 units. Dontee looked at both but I do not have any documents verifying that

Lack of tools to do the job
The tech was unable to access the heating unit as he did not have a ladder with him. He probably would have needed an 8ft step ladder. He claimed He was not provided with appropriate equipment to do the job. The job has since been transferred to a different company and has been rescheduled. Not sure why.

Water Softener
I requested that the service technician test the water coming from my water softener, however he came without equipment needed to test water. A wasted trip. Now I have to setup another appointment.

Mis diagnosed the repair
Technician stated to replace the whole HVAC system when the blower only need replacement! Would not disclose the repair amount he discussed with Choice Warranty

Replacer dryer heater part
Technician did a quick assessment of the problem with dryer. Picked up the part replaced it. Took longer to get the part than changing it out :)

Did not repair my air Conditioner.
The refrigerator is still not repaired. Please go back to 3536 Calf Roper, North Las Vegas, NV to complete the job or if it is not repairable please let me know. No one let me, the owner, know that this refrigerator was not repaired. Thank you.

Poor costumer service.
Technicians we good, customer service was terrible. No way to talk to a real person. Parts arrived quickly but Sears showed they were never shipped so they cancelled the repair order and put it on hold. I went to the address on the website at 4500 N Rancho but it was a Furniture store that never heard of Sears Home Services. Called a technician's number that came to diagnose the repair needs who finally answered my calls. He was not happy about that. Pleaded with him to forward my text to his boss since he was my last hope. It finally worked. More than a week later they finally came to make the repairs. I do not recommend this service to anyone.

Technician never showed
Technician never showed up to this job. Waited all day for him to show up and he never did. I do need Sears to call me back and get this rescheduled with a technician that will actually show up.
