Great customer service James was very profesional and patient my husband needed help in translating and James was patient and willing to answered all my questions and communicated thru my husband's cellular and not everyone is willing to do that. Jim did a great job. He is very pleasant and it was nice talking with him. My only complaint is not with Jim. I was called several days before to find what the refrigerator model number was so they could have the right parts on the truck. The right part was not on the truck so we had to wait a 2nd week to order it and get it installed.

Excellent service
Alex arrived at the scheduled time and called before arriving as requested. He was using a loaner truck, but was able to access the air conditioner with the onboard ladder. He assessed the problem, had the part on his truck, installed the part, and we soon had cool air in the house. Alex is the type of technician who goes above and beyond for the customer. We truly appreciate all he did for us that day!
