Another "fixed" issue. Thank you to Donnavan, who was pleasant, polite and professional. Hopefully the refrigerator will behave now and cool the whole inside vs just the bottom drawers. So nice too that I was able to vaccum and wash floor while refrigerator was pulled out from the wall.

Ray, was excellent in diagnosing the problems getting the correct parts ordered. He then set up his return and installed the two new parts and was done within 30 minutes and now we have a working microwave again.
