job satisfaction on kenmore wshing machine
Jonathon did an excellent job on my kenmore washer finding problem and fixing it but also why it failed. i think these technicians should also carry braided hoses to the jobs so the home owner doesn't have to run to store to get said hoses . these could be purchased at a reasonable price the home owner would be happy to pay just for the convenance.

service tech was great however.....
From the time sears contacted me to the time of completion it took sears 18days to accomplish the task. 10 days to respond to claim, tech came out had to order part. it was shipped and received three days later, sears mad a appointment for a week later then on that day called and rescheduled for the next day. It took the nice tech about 20 mins to install. like i said tech was great sears was terrible 18 days unacceptable.
