Appliance repair to the rescue
After another appliance contractor mis-diagnosed the clothes dryer issue and dragged the repair effort on for weeks, Rikki was contracted and nailed it. Parts were procured and the repair was made in a day. I know that every repair experience will not be great, but this one was. Thank you, Rikki and Sears, for coming to the rescue.

Tech. good, Sears scheduling needs help!
Service order was for; ice maker not working (repl.), and LED lights malfunctioning (repl. control unit). Sears claims tech will have parts on truck so it will be repaired "first time". Tech only had LED control unit, no ice maker assy., so he ordered part, and scheduled repair about 1 week later. Part arrived at my home in 2 days. By day of service I had not rec.'d any contacts confirming tech was coming, spent hours trying to figure out who to contact and listening to many automated phone "options", I was told that because I hadn't told them the part was here they cancelled the return service call w/out telling me! I wasn't told I had to contact them, nor was any number given to me do so. So they scheduled for next day. Done now, but very frustrating when you can't talk to a real person in my country, let alone city! James was quick, polite, and knowledgeable.

Very friendly, very patient waiting for me to put away my dogs . Was very careful handling the appliance while putting in the new valve. I felt bad because it there was a little grease some of the areas of the stove. He did a really good dealing with that didn't say a word and just did his job. We had a good conversation about stuff great person
