Refrigerator repair
James was a hard worker and very knowledgeable. Our first repair man said it was the cooling units in the freezers, but James suspected the actual leak was in the refrigerator. Cooling unit which is where it was. Thank goodness for James!

Best Repair Technician
Rikki went above & beyond in his efforts to diagnose our Kenmore elite front loader washer by being thorough & efficient in the way he went about to determine the cause/issue with the washer. I appreciate that he took the time to check & test different parts to ensure they were working properly & not the problem. Rikki is very knowledgeable & stayed way past work hours to be sure his diagnosis is correct. He is courteous & provided excellent customer service!
