Very Professional
Titus is not only very professional, but he is a skilled technician with great communication and friendly. He fixed the issue with our dryer, and explained what the issue was and the repairs he made. Water softener service
I have to say this was the most unorganized customer service I have ever received. First you give an all day window( 8;00 - 5;00) until the day of the appointment so a person can't make any plans for the day. Second, had to change second appointment because parts that were ordered didn't arrive in time, rescheduled 8 days later. Third, the texts and emails sent out are always wrong. The day of the service I get a text confirming the appointment for "TOMORROW"!!! Then, I get a call from the tech when he's on his way to my house. I never got any information as to when he would be here. The technician was very good, helpful, professional and informative. It's the rest of the company that leaves something to be desired.

On time and great!
James was not only on time, even a little early. He called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he explained every detail of what he was doing. He had to run and get a part. Was very timely getting back and fix the issue. 110% effort all the way around. 5+++++ stars!
