Rikki went above & beyond in the repair of our Kenmore Elite washer with his knowledge in properly diagnosing the issue when it was initially misdiagnosed by another repairmen from another company, then taking great care to fix and getting the washer working again. waiting two weeks to have a repair is awful. waiting all day for the repair and then getting a call they are not coming and have to do it again is unacceptable. this whole experience was bad. I have meds that need to be kept cold.
