Alonso was fine but his hands were tied. No parts were sent out so he couldn't fix the problem. The first time the parts were ordered only one part was shipped and it wasn't the right part. The other part was canceled This has been going on for over a month! Now I have to wait for some committe to make some decidion. I just bought this dishwasher 5 months ago (now 6) and it already broken down. What kind of quality is this? All of the back room issues going on, can go on without me. I am the customer and shouldn't have to be put through all of your processes. meetings, parts mismanagement, etc. I want a NEW dishwasher.

Mike was today, and always has been, a great image for Sears Home Services. Calling Sears Home Services for repairs has always been a pleasant experience. However, I wouldn't mind being around Mike even if I had no problems. I wish other companies I have called would have taken lessons from Sears Home Services.

Great Service
Michael showed up In the window agreed upon. He was very patient and explained how to reset filter light correctly without raising freezer temperature. He double checked all readouts. He did a great job.
