Michael was great but Sears was terrible with the parts order. We started on July 1st, 2024. Michael was able to do the repairs with the parts today which Sears delayed sending until now August 28, 2028. This simple repair took less than 30 minutes to do. Michael was also frustrated by the long delay 1 month and 28 days is really unacceptable.

Great tech, lousy call center experience
His service was spot on. However dealing with your call center was a -1 out of five. It took almost a month for you to dispatch a technician and you stood us up on 2 different occasions after the appointment had been scheduled. Probably one of the worst, time wasting experiences I've had with a service company. I spent nearly five hours total on hold, not to mention 4 hours wasted waiting for the tech on the first scheduled appointment and another 4 hours wasted waiting for the tech on the second scheduled appointment. No one called, emailed or texted to let us know that both appointments weren't going to be fulfilled. Worst experience ever......
