Mike is a journeyman of his craft. Very polite and focused on the repair service. Troubleshooting was quick. Parts ordered and repair completed the day after parts were received. This is the second time this young man was called out to our home. 2 years ago we had an issue with or Samsung frig ice maker. Other repair techs could not repair. Others said they would not make attempt. Mike came. Did his evaluation and made repairs. Frig was still working making ice without issue 2 years later when he arrived to fix our washer today. Mike is very good at what he does.
