Bill came today and ran lots of tests to determine why our refrigerator just goes off. He narrowed it down to being what he thought was an electrical problem.

Bill is an awesome technician. He is always courteous and professional, and is obviously very skilled at his job. This area of NM is very lucky to have him.

Bill the technician was great. My issues were that when I scheduled it, I specifically asked if they would come with the possible parts needed to fix the issue such as the drain pump. He did not have the pump. I have replaced the drain pump before so know what part it is and Sears wanted to charge me $175 for it when on the LG website it goes for $53. Total cost was going to be $500 when I did myself before for $20. That's ridiculous.
