I was very curious about the repair. Jay let me watch and ask questions. He explained what was wrong with the washer door latch, how he diagnosed it, and gave me some additional info about the machine's functionality. Great guy! I hope you send him again, if we need a repair.

Robert was on time (the window was from 1:00 to 5:00 and it was a lot closer to 1:00). Robert was polite and efficient and figured out the problem quickly and was able to explain how to keep it from happening in the future. Five stars!
