Today's service was fine. Unfortunately, the parts arrived several weeks ago and two scheduled service appointments were canceled by the service provider due to "unforseen circumstances." Very frustrating and inconvenient as we waited all day for the arrival of the service technician only to be notified at end of day that they were not coming.
