Microwave and dishwasher issues
Michael efficiently fix the dishwasher by replacing the parts that were needed and he was very courteous while he was doing his job. It was a pleasure to have him come and work on our dishwasher. Thank you very much

Refrigerator issues
Quick precise diagnosing problem. Would a 4 hour window next time not between 8-5

Jay fixed our refrigerator and was fast and a nice tech.
Sears set up five dates that someone would be out to do the repair. We stayed home waiting for someone to come. Finally on the fifth date, Jay came on the 22nd and did the repair. We wished that the service department would have called and explained that they were too busy to come out or not have taken our money on the 6th and yet they were too busy until the 22nd to do the repair. We won't be calling Sears again for repairs. David and Fran Hall

Michael did great, but not pleased with A&E
As it turns out, Michael did an excellent job was in and out very quickly. I will, however, be canceling my American home shield warranty due to the poor service over all from A&E

Jay was punctual, professional, but, above all, he was very pleasant. He took his time to explain what was the problem, how I could prevent it re-occuring and how to maintain my refrigerator. He was one of the most pleasant service man I have met.
