Hopefully VRS Listens to ISMER this time
As usual ISMER, does a great job, opens the whole fridge up and sees yet again it's not functioning properly, but will Sears listen?? He is an excellent tech! Please listen to his rec that this unit is not repairable and needs to be replaced as promised under the contract!!!

Service Technician Nicholas
Nicholas was a great help. Unfortunately Sears Home Services does not have customer support staff so it is not possible to speak with a person when there are issues. You can only use the online website and there is no place to make a comment or request. All menus are drop-down and no place to put your own issues. If you can get to their call center they are not able to help. Although Nicholas was great, I will not use Sears Home Services again.
