Washer
Frank was very professional and did as much as he could to investigate my washer. The conclusion was unfortunate due to the repairs costing more than half of the price of the washer itself, but I appreciate not being pushed to repair when I didn't want to.

The tech in May found the unit freezing up underneath and said just melt it. He failed to diagnose the fan was not working.
