John the technician was great, very nice and efficient and tried to get here sooner but they scheduling department was HORRENDOUS, and you can not talk to any one, only bots..terrible

Tech was very good. My only problem is the awkwardness encountered last week with getting through to Sears Repair when no tech showed up for scheduled appointment. There is nothing in the menu which allows you to speak to a representative about an issue which made the experience even more frustrating!!!
