Desmond was not able to make it to my home to service the dryer on the original date and time I had scheduled. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make it the next day and was one of the most knowledgeable, fast working, polite people I’ve ever met. Desmond needs a raise and whoever hired him needs a raise. 100/10 service
