Refrigerator repair
I have been without a refrigerator since 9/16/23 so I was really grateful that the technician made me his third appointment of the morning. He was very knowledgeable and repaired my refrigerator very quickly. I'm glad that I got someone that was familiar with my refrigerator.

Stephen is a terrific Tech
Stephen is terrific and did his very best. What I am NOT satisfied with is the Warranty service. It is VERY hard to reach anyone in person. It takes a very long time to schedule service - it ended up taking 3 weeks to get my final service and the result was that my refrigerator was unfixable....which perhaps the first technician should have told me - David. At any rate, Stephen did everything he could, was responsive and very reliable. It is the Warranty company of which I do not approve.
