Great technician; horrible scheduling
Robert was professional, knowledgeable and kept me posted regarding arrival time. The scheduling system however is horrible. Rescheduled one (of 3) of my appointments without telling me. So no one showed up at appointment time I had scheduled…and which Sears confirmed multiple times via text and email.

Treadmill Review
Bruce did a great job of adjusting the belts on my treadmill. He is very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He spent a good deal of time going over all of the moving parts of the treadmill. I was very pleased with his professionalism.
