Our oven stopped working at a bad time—a week before Thanksgiving. So, we contacted Sears to get someone out to see if the problem was fixable. Conveniently, we were able to book an appointment for the technician to come out the next evening. Though the technician didn’t arrive in the timeframe selected, he still came out to check the oven even though it was late. After running a diagnostic, he found the issue—busted igniter—and was able to replace the part and fix the problem in under an hour. The price was very reasonable as well and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer technician. Juan was both cordial and capable. So, the timeframe for our appointment was a little off—which can be annoying. But, the issue was fixed in a super timely manner—which is very convenient. And, Thanksgiving isn’t ruined. So, I can’t really knock the service that much, you know? I’d definitely recommend this service. It’s pretty convenient, especially if you’re in a pinch and you can afford to wait around for a day. I’d say your time and patience are worth it~
