Technicians were both great- but I did have a major issue with the second service call - it had been confirmed, but then all of the notices received - texts and calls brought me to a confusing automated system that constantly gave me the option of scheduling the exact time that it was scheduled - then no one came so I called and changed the date and time - that was extreme frustrating - and upsetting that we set the entire afternoon to wait and no one came
