Horrendous customer service
Repair techs are very good but the overall experience with A&E was absolutely terrible. Customer service is none existent. They cancelled on us three times. I was finally able to speak to someone by going through the service contract company. I was transferred a couple of times but finally after two days spoke to a live person representing A&E. In the end the dishwasher was fixed but A&E is a terrible company.

Very pleased!
I was able to make an appointment for the very same day and Karl kept me informed when he'd arrive. He diagnosed the problem with my stove immediately upon arrival and was able to fix it in a very short time. I will definitely use A and E in the future and recommend them to my friends.

Problem Not Resolved
The technician was very friendly and professional. However, the washing machine was not repaired. I put a small load in after he left and the initial problem was not resolved . The machine drained, however; the clothes were very wet. It's not spinning the clothes as dry as it used to. Requesting the technician to return. I will submit a request to reschedule.
