Robert was great. The problem we had was trying to talk to a live person when the repair man didn't show up on Tues when we had an appointment scheduled. You should have an option on the phone so we could talk to a live person about what the trouble was. It was very infuriating.

Terrific Louis, TERRIBLE SCHEDULING
Louis did a terrific job fixing the icemaker in my fridge. I was frustrated by a previous scheduled visit when no one showed and no one called to notify me as I waited during the extremely vague notice windows of 8am to 5pm. The technicians are good professionals, but the rest of the process needs great improvement.

Serviceman excellent/customer service stinks
Sears home services doesn't give you a 4-5 hour window, they make you wait around all day. After waiting at home all day, they cancelled on me twice. Then rescheduled me twice more, each time moving the date further and further out. I had to call quite a few times to get an earlier date and was not well accommodated.
