Dishwasher assessment
In a world where a new dishwasher costs roughly the same as a repair, but one doesn't't want to add unnecessary junk to landfill, it was reassuring to get a honest assessment: the good news is your appliance is not leaking into your downstairs neighbor's apt. The bad news is your pump is watering out and ultimately needs to be replaced. This lets me evaluate my options

Darrell did an excellent job repairing our dryer. Our only issue was that we wished he had asked which outlet to plug the dryer into. He accidentally tripped a circuit by using the wrong outlet.
