The team were efficient on time. Do what had to be done and finally fixed the problem highly recommend Robert and his teammate for the work they completed in short time, keep up the good work men in spite of the idiots working in some of the locations in the dispatch area. And your IA machine should be scrapped. It informed me that my part wasn't here even though I physically had it in my hands and told a dispatch person that I had it but he informed me that he was overruled by the machine. I guess the machine runs the company, not like the old day with Sears. Keep it up and you'll all be unemployed.

Jamil was on time and did the job well and fast. We had gotten off on a bad start because I was never informed the product ( new led bulb) would be sent to me directly instead of the technician furnishing the product. So both his time and mind were wasted. Once I found this out another appt was made well past a time to do the service. The bulb arrived from BO and appt made which was today and repair done !
