Scheduling service with this company started out easy with the initial phone call. From that point on dealing with them was horrible. I never experienced anything so bad. It was all done by bots and AI. So there were 2 days of no show tech appointments for which i had to wait around all day from 8-5 and beyond because I was assured I was the next stop. Then after a Third scheduled appointment 4 texts from bots telling me my appointment was at risk of being cancelled because I hadn’t confirmed when each time I had confirmed. Once the technicians got there, there were 2 visits, they were excellent and personable. I surely didnt take out the lack of communication on them, but if this comoany doesn't get back to human scheduling and contact, or get someone knowledgeable to monitor the AI functioning I will never use them again. Sears can do much better at least for the sake of their technicians if not their customers. The 5 stars is solely for their techs and not their back office. That gets zero stars.
