Dave kept me posted about his appointment. He previously ordered parts that arrived in a timely fashion. He fixed the washer and ran a test. All is working well now. He was a very courteous and friendly man. I highly recommend him.

This repair took several visits …. Trying to pinpoint the problem… Steve was the repair person who finally fixed my microwave! He communicated his arrival … he was pleasant & efficient… it was a tough repair… he even called his next appointment to let them know he was running a little behind… very considerate of his customers! The technician Ossie was detailed, explaining to us went the entire issue. He tested and explored the issue, for the source of the leak but despite all the time and work spent, could not find the source of the leak. But he was meticulously searching for it. Glad that he was sent over, when comparing with other technicians from other places, who were so bad.
