My technician was great. He came in and fixed my problem. He explained everything as he was going along. He was very efficient. He spread out a blanket on the floor so he didn’t make a mess. I think all the technicians could take a page out of his book. He was polite and very easy to talk to. I will request him next time I need a repair on my refrigerator. All repair people should be just like him.

The technician was very good and knowledgeable. He was able to handle my dishwasher repair and also cleaned the inside of my dryer from built up dust, etc. He was personable and even cleaned up the area from the work nicely.

Courteous, upfront, timely. I have not used washer yet myself but trust that it's fixed. He tested it and also showed me an item he washed as a test. Seemed to know what he was doing and again very courteous in responding to all my questions. Thank you.
