He arrived on time and worked swiftly. Arben fixed my fridge and gave me some helpful advice on how to maintain it. He also explained to me how to defrost the fridge, in case the problem occurs again. If I ever need more help with my appliances, Arben would be my preferred technician.

Great tech
I had two techs come to my house, one to diagnose the problem and one to replace the defective part. Both techs were very professional and well versed in their trade. Very satisfied with the service results. The process to schedule and the 8-5 time frame was horrible. I dislike immensely your scheduling system and communication with customers. I should not have to be at my home for eight hours waiting for a tech to arrive. There should be a two hour time frame so I can not waste a whole day of work to get an appliance repaired. I would like to be compensated for my loss of work and a days pay. I understand you need someone at the home to access and be present but 8 hours waiting too much. I am involved in going to clients homes and work locations daily and I have my day planned and coordinated with clients the day before I meet them. Yours is a very poor system and you cannot even call a service center to discuss the schedule. I would not recommend your warranty just based on the schedule and communications. The technicians were very good.
