Hello. Not sure if previous message posted. First of all Scott personally called with an update on what time to expect his arrival Secondly. He was very friendly and identified himself upon arrival Thirdly he was very efficient with repair completion and very polite throughout the visit I was very impressed with his professionalism something that had been missing from a previous experience
