Wall oven repair GE Profile 2003 model by
Tim kept trying to find the right part to fix my wall oven. After receiving the first part, he installed it and found it was not the correct one. He reordered the part and was able to return once the part came in, after a lapse of several weeks. Today's installation went smoothly and after waiting to see if the lower oven worked and no longer switched to self clean after 30 minutes of operating, he was satisfied with the repair. I feel he did the best he could, considering the issue with obtaining the correct part.

Bosch easher
Paul was wonderful he did everything he possible could to repair my washer He had the part ordered and instilled,door latch, but in the end the control panel was in need of repair and it wasn't cost effective to have it repaired. He really felt bad because it took 4 weeks to get the part and a second appointment and in the end it couldnt Be repaired.

The oven that took forever to repair
While Tim was prompt and proficient the experience leading up to the repair of our oven was excruciatingly painful. We could not get confirmation from any of the numbers that were supplied by Sears on the repair date after we were advised (and received) the needed repair parts. We have paid thousands in monthly charges for their warranty service and feel let down by the lack of follow up and very poor customer service.
