I have been fortunate enough to have Brent each time.
It sometimes seems difficult to get to where I want to go. But still satisfied. I am now 81 and I continue to use Sears as I did years ago.

Great Technicians, Non-existent scheduling system!?
Your scheduling system is "TRASH", and that's being kind. I had two technicians on this simple repair that was paid for on April 15th. It was completed today May 23! I lost more than 4 days of work waiting from "8am - 5pm" for visits that did not happen. Both of the technicians I worked with were very thorough, professional, knowledgeable and patient during this process and it was greatly appreciated. Your customers and your employees deserve much better what I experienced; the name "Sears" used to carry a standard. I trust you are working on improvements.

Brent was excellent and fast
Brent came to take a look at my lower to see why it didn't start. He quickly figured it out and fixed it! I was able to also have him perform so routine maintenance finished everything really fast!

gas drier repair
the tech was great and explaned everything. the only problem i had was that you asked more tghen once what type o f drier I had and there was no comunication with the tech. I feel that you should make sure that the tech has all the information so they make sure to have who or what they need to fix the problem.
