Ruben was great! The only person we dealt with, or talked to, who seemed genuinely interested in fixing our refrigerator during this whole process. The rest of the Sears Warranty process was incredibly disappointing and extremely frustrating!!!! Not worth the money… This repair took 3 months, multiple, multiple times on the phone being told one thing and not receiving anything. I was no showed 3 times and told someone would Absolutely be there to receive a text a few hours later saying they could NOT make it and rescheduling. My case number is #7838416. I spoke with multiple people in the agreements benefits department and no priority was ever given. I give this service a 00 OUT OF 10!! I will likely be canceling my warranty ASAP.
