Brent was excellent, obviously expert in his craft. He was thorough and complete. Also very easy to deal with and very informative. The only complain, is our appointment was confirmed for the original date, however, no one showed up and no phone call or message came until late the next evening.

Window too wide.
I had a very simple problem that took visits to fix. 15 to look at the microwave and order parts and a return visit for 10 minutes to fix. However, I had to miss two days of work because the window was the whole day. Unacceptable, but not Mark's fault.

Job Half Done Well.
Fixed water filter,made sure water was flowing, checked ice maker,had to call assist.Highe now no ice at all. Need fix-up told him what to do. please come back and fix what he did to ice maker.

LG washer and Samsung dryer preventive maintenance
I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring a technician to perform preventive maintenance on my washer and dryer, and I must say that it was an utterly frustrating and disappointing ordeal. It became abundantly clear that the technicians was completely unfamiliar with the intricacies of these appliances, leaving me questioning their qualifications and expertise. First and foremost, the technician arrived unprepared, lacking the necessary tools and equipment to properly inspect and service my washer and dryer. It was evident from the start that they had not taken the time to familiarize themselves with the specific models and brands I owned, as they seemed perplexed by even the most basic features. To make matters worse, the technician's communication skills were sorely lacking. They failed to explain the steps they were taking or the rationale behind their actions. When I tried to ask questions or express my concerns, they seemed uninterested and dismissive, further highlighting their lack of professionalism and customer service. Overall, my experience with this technician and their so-called preventive maintenance service was a complete disappointment. Their incompetence and unfamiliarity with washers and dryers are evident, and I cannot recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable and knowledgeable assistance. In the future, I will be sure to thoroughly vet technicians before entrusting them with the maintenance of my appliances. It is essential to find someone who possesses the necessary expertise, tools, and professionalism to ensure a satisfactory and effective service. Unfortunately, this particular technician failed to meet even the most basic expectations, resulting in an aggravating and regrettable experience.

Dishwasher repair
Customer service is AWFUL ( Under statement } . Associate is rude and Unprofessional Repair window is AWFUL. 8-5 Ease of contacting a repair associate needs a lot of work. Service technician left a mess behind & did not clean up after himself. Time of completion was terrible {parts availability } Will be cancelling the service contract I've had for over 7+ years.

Review
Philip called around 5:00pm saying he had one more service call to make before coming to our home. We had been waiting since 8:00am. I told him our house was a bit tricky to find because it is a long dirt driveway and you cannot see the house from the street and I started to give him some directions. He grumbled that he would not remember "all that" and said he'd be along after the other service call. He banged on our door (even though we had a lit doorbell. He grumbled a hello when I greeted him and quickly said there was nothing wrong with our refrigerator after observing it and placing a "magnet" on the inside frame of the door. I told him that the refrigerator was very, unusually quiet and was not keeping the temperatures as cold as they have been for the past 3 years. I also told him that my food was going bad more quickly. He dismissed my complaints, saying that I should be thankful that the refrigerator was as quiet as it is. He said I had my thermometer in the wrong spot and threw it in my crisper drawer. He also said that where I was putting my uncooked meats (in the upper right hand corner of my top shelf) was also wrong, even though it sometimes ices up and I had been doing this for 3 years without a problem. My ice makers are working, but I had them replaced on 7/31/23. No computer codes were taken for errors. He then left! I felt it was a very poor service call and nothing was resolved.

Sears Home Services is an absolute joke of a company.
Let me start by saying that Liem has been great, this is not his 1 star review, he should get a 5. It's the company as a whole. my refrigerator has been broken over a month now, Liem has replaced all the main parts (compressor/condenser) and it's still broken. Now, they want Liem to come back and "some time" and replace ALL these parts again. It's obviously something major that's broken and instead of taking care of us, their customer, and just replacing this fridge, my family of FIVE has to continue to have no fridge for who-knows how many more weeks. I will NEVER use this place again.
