Persistent tech, lousy system
We were without a stove for almost 2 months...there has got to be a more efficient way to service your customers. That being said, John was very helpful in his attempts to get our stove working as quickly as possible. The wait time between each appointment (there were a total of 3 appointments) was 2 weeks and the part was delivered to the wrong address!
