Bob Delivered Bad News
Bob explained that our refrigerator was terminal due to lightning strike damage to house and most of the electrical wiring. We shall move on and replace the refrigerator as the repair would be more costly than the purchase.

Technician is great
Customer service, phone system, SUCKS You're computer automated system from India is horrible, a clear indication of why the multi billion differ company went out of business, you cost me 4 days pay for no shows, cancellations and rescheduling. 100% will not recommend this company or store brands ever

Dishwasher woes...
Mark was very thorough and pleasant when estimating repairs for our dishwasher. I got news that I did not want to hear so we will be replacing an Elite dishwasher after only 6 years.

So knowledgeable and friendly ... he fixed up my lawn tractor & snowblower in a timely fashion. Great guy! My only issue is with the Sears scheduling ... sure would be nice if you could narrow the arrival window ... I was given a window of 8:00 - 5:00 which meant a full day out of work

Washing machine repair
I was very happy with Bob's work. Very efficient and knowledgeable. He showed up on time and was courteous and respectful and friendly. However the part that was ordered came in the mail was used and had slashes on the plastic like someone cut it off with a sawsall. He said he would try it and see if it worked if I w anted or I could wait for a new unused part. Since I was anxious to get my machine running again I said to try it. It worked. He did not charge me for the used part. I thanked him for his honesty and work ethics.
