I would like to have Dale as my technician when I again have my appliances serviced! He is knowledgeable, friendly, AND able to give good advice for taking care of my appliances on a regular basis.

Where do I start they sent the parts to the wrong address. Put my information in wrong. Charged for 2 parts when I only needed one. When the parts were sent to the wrong address I had to wait around a month to get a new tech to come install the igniter which is all we needed. Waited 2 months for the completion of a job that took 20 minutes for the technician to complete. Next time just order the part off the Internet and do it myself. Lesson learned. Your call center is a joke as well. And Dale was highly unprofessional. And rude.would give no stars if it was an option.
