Oven repair
Dale did an awesome, including calling ahead to let me know when he expected to get to our house. Sears Home Services had already shipped the needed part to our home. Dale installed the part, checked to make sure all was functioning as it should, and was on his way to his next appointment.

Fixed my microwave!!
He was out first time, ordered parts and came back and fixed my microwave. Unfortunately it took a couple weeks but had to wait for all parts to arrive. I like it that he called in the morning and gave me a two hour window on when he would be here.
