Mr Kyle diagnose the drainage problem by looking at the Garbage disposal. I had a garbage disposal installed recently and the knot-out plug for the dishwasher had not been removed. with his professional knowledge, he fixed the problem. now I am back washing my metal filters from my range hood. The technician was very good however he was not allowed to actually correct the problem. He advised what needed to be done and we must correct the problem. The reason for reporting the problem was to get it fixed not be told what we needed to do to fix it
