Refrigerator Repair
Gabriel arrived in the specified window and called us ahead of his arrival. He was quick and very courteous and explained what actions he was taking. I'd like to add that I tried 3 different appliance repair companies but was told by each that they did not service the Winia (Daewoo) brand. Sears did and the scheduling process was very easy.

Outstanding Service Technician
Gabriel was our Service Technician for our Maytag washer again. This visit was for a different reason than the previous time but again, Gabriel was outstanding. Like the first time, he explained everything that he was doing to determine the problem and then what he was doing to fix the problem. Gabriel is an outstanding service technician and a very personable young man. He is an asset to your organization.

Above and Beyond
Joey called to let me know when he was on his way to my house. He was polite and courteous. He checked out my refrigerator and found the panel somehow got switched to demo mode. He reset the panel to chill the refrigerator and freezer. He then explained to me what happened and how to reset if it happens again. He even offered to change my water filter and did so. He was in and out quickly and my refrigerator is cooling again as I write this! Joey deserves an A+ for the job he did.

However it took 6 weeks to complete the process. I was delayed several times. Told parts were not delivered and they were here awaiting the repair!
