Our service with Todd was excellent. It has been 5 weeks dealing with our refrigerator. He found the problem when no one else was able to. Great service and very knowledable. You need to get customer service people like him.

I was very pleased with Gabriel. He was punctual and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my dryer and was extremely careful with the surroundings. I definitely appreciate that he was kind and respectful. He explained what he was doing and allowed me to watch. I will call Sears appliance repair if I should have any more problems with appliances. Gabriel is a top rate technician!

Requiem for a Washer
Service man was great very thorough trying to revive our downed appliance. However, after trying numerous times to clear and restart, and providing us with an option to save our aged clothes washing friend he suggested that we let it go in peace. So it is off to the appliance store to recruit a new clothes cleaning candidate. Hopefully, it will last as long as corporal Kenmore.
