The technician was polite and did a fine job. The price I was given for the replacement part plus install was $450, almost the cost of the dishwasher. I found the part online for $55 and replaced myself (1 screw and 1 plug-in wire). Pay for the diagnostic and do the repair work yourself if you don’t want to be overcharged.

The parts were late and when the tech did not show they never let me know and then charged extra50.00 to clean out the lent not happy at all all together I had to go without a dryer for

I am sure the technician would have been fine but my washer broke Sat and they broke 2 previous appts. so I got a local technician to fix it faster. For the $40 monthly we were paying I expect good service. We canceled the monthly withdrawals today because of this.
