Very thorough and knowledgeable!
Phil was here to do an annual maintenance on my appliances. As far as I knew everything was working well. He found a small leak that was soaking into the insulation on my dishwasher and had not yet worked its way to my hardwood floor. It was soaked enough it was beginning to mold and a couple more loads it would be on its way to being so much more than just a small leak. Yay Phil H for saving me any further damage and continued mold growth!

Terence is professional and informative!
I set up a service call for my parents who live about 45min. away. Terence called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived and performed a diagnostic, then he gave me a quote to repair the refrigerator. He also gave me different options regarding this particular refrigerator considering it's age (17yrs. old). We will use Sears Service again! Excellent service call!
