Awesome Technician
In todays world I often find myself bracing for techs that rush, don't care, or sometimes not even show up. Wow!!!! Terence was one of the best techs ever to come and service an item in my home. He was extremely professional, and knowledgeable….. even though I had the unit off thinking it was best to prevent any leaks, Terence from my description of what was wrong with my refrigerator, diagnosed and upon further testing located the problem and was able to repair on the spot. Told me to keep an eye on things since the unit was not on at least 24hrs prior to his arrival but felt pretty sure he hit the mail on the head. I feel like the car shield commercial… who does this… I tell you … Terence. Thank you Sears service for this tech and your excellent service from start to finish.

Fixed, not repaired
Suamys Y. was very nice to work with. The KitchenAid refrigerator has problems that cannot be repaired. The over freezing in the refrigerator has been fixed for the next few days. The refrigerator continues to "tick" even now as I write this review.

Sears Home Services technician Phil
I was quite impressed by the technician, Phil. He listened to the homeowner, listened carefully to the appliances (washer and dryer). He diagnosed the problem quickly and then confirmed the diagnosis. Unfortunately, parts had to be ordered but they arrived as scheduled and Phil returned as promised, completed the repairs, tested the repairs and cleaned up. Excellent technician.
